Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information


We only keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide our calligraphy learning services. We keep your name, email address, and course activity for up to 2 years after your last use of our services, in case you return or need support. If you contact us with a question, we keep that message for 1 year to help with any follow-up. We don’t store any payment details ourselves—those are handled securely by trusted third-party providers. If you’ve signed up for emails or marketing, we keep that information as long as you continue to give us permission. Emails are sent through a third-party service called Funnel Sketchers, where your email address is also securely stored. Any technical data like IP addresses is stored for up to 1 year for security and troubleshooting. After these periods, your data is safely deleted or anonymized unless we’re legally required to keep it longer.
